Jonnie Bakes is a micro-bakery and café in Teguise where owner Jonnie personally makes around 200 items a day (500 on Sundays), including savoury pastries, homemade croissants, traditional apple crumble pies, individual cakes, muffins, homemade cookies and small celebration cakes. Lactose-free, sugar-free, egg-free and controlled nut-allergy options can be arranged with advance notice, though gluten-free items are not available due to local health regulations.
