Modern Canarian cuisine restaurant located in Marina Lanzarote (Arrecife), founded in 2006. Chef Orlando Ortega, trained at establishments such as El Bulli, prepares a menu using local produce (vegetables and fruit grown in volcanic soil, local seafood and meats), combining traditional recipes with contemporary techniques. The restaurant has held a Michelin Guide mention since 2012, a Repsol Sun award and a Travellers' Choice recognition, and takes part in the Biosphere Committed sustainability programme.
